With their knowledge and experience you can be assured your project will be of the best quality and stand the test of time. They exceeded my expectations, and because of them, my home turned out more beautiful than I dreamed of.

CeCi-Bates Built our home in 2003 and we have been very happy with the workmanship and design of our home. CeCi-Bates made a very good use of space in their design and was up to date on current technology. We have found our home to be very energy efficient.

We had the pleasure of working with Ceci Bates Custom Homes and the experience, professionalism and final product was outstanding. These guys are visionary. We took a trac of land, that we purchased, and they made it into an outstanding property. It was our first time building a home from the ground up and they took the time to help us the entire way. They were easy to work with and gave me a realistic budget that was certainly met. We added items during the buidling of the home, but only after we were completely aware of the cost and how it would effect the overall project. Since the time of our home being built they have been outstanding in their follow up and we continue to use them today. We've added to our home with a second garage/shop and that project turned out excellent as well. I would highly reccomend this company for any type of customer build job. Thanks guys!

Ceci Bates built out home 2 years ago. We couldn't be happier. They went out of their wat to help guide us from start to finish and have been avail after completion. The attention to detail is remarkable and their standards are other builders "upgrades". We are thinking of building again and will definitely go with Scott and Tom again!

We had a good experience from start to finish! We found them to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We especially appreciate how our home is so well insulated (low utility bills) and how particular they were about the extensive crown molding, stonework, concrete stain work and overall quality of our home

Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone.
