This phase takes longer because it involves thorough planning, reducing problems later.

Next is the engineering, takeoff, and procurement phase. Our structural engineer finalizes the plans, materials are meticulously counted, and the budget is verified. Unlike many in the industry, we issue purchase orders and secure about seventy percent of materials upon contract signing, ensuring the procurement aligns with our construction schedule.

The final phase is construction, where the rigor of prior phases pays off. By resolving potential issues upfront, construction progresses smoothly, often moving quicker than the industry norm, even for complex homes. While the overall timeline varies depending on the project’s size and intricacy, the structured process ensures predictability rather than speculative estimates.
